      A houseboat cruise is the ideal vacation mode in the current context: you will sail in a small group away from the crowds and busy tourist areas, aboard our boats carefully cleaned and disinfected at each change of client.

      What happens if my cruise cannot take place due to Covid-19? 
      If your cruise must be cancelled due to one of the cases of force majeure linked to Covid-19 and listed below, please notify us immediately in writing.
      If this happens between two weeks and 48 hours before the departure date, you will have two possibilities:
      – to be reimbursed for the entire amount paid up to that moment, with the exception of the dossier cost;
      – to postpone your cruise to a later date at no cost.
      If this happens less than 48 hours before the departure date, you will only have the possibility to postpone your cruise to a later date without any modification costs.
      It should be noted that if the postponement takes place in a period in which the rate is higher, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

      Causes of force majeure linked to Covid-19: 
      – ban on travel to the destination area by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
      – a quarantine measure put in place in your destination area or on your return to the country of residence.

      What if I am not affected by any of the above reasons but still want to cancel my cruise due to the current environment?
      If the cancellation of your cruise is not due to any of the above reasons, we will apply our general charter conditions.

      If me or someone on my crew gets sick with Covid-19: what happens?
      If you chose the cancellation plan at the time of booking and your doctor diagnoses you or a member of your crew as being positive about Covid-19, your cancellation will be covered by the insurance. The cancellation plan is equal to 4% of the rental amount from the price list and provides for the reimbursement of the entire amount paid, except for the cost of the dossier.
